Keith Swaim

Keith leads the Sage audit team. Keith is a recognized leader in the wholesale invoice validation space. Keith's previous experience includes building TEOCO's One Time Audit team from inception along with management positions at Net2000, eSpire and MCI. Since October of 2005 Keith has identified over $300M and saved over $200M in annualized savings for our clients. He maintains over 70% win rate. He has vast experience in all types of telecom invoices and invoice validation methods. He tends to focus his individual auditing on the more complex audit types, including switched access and complex DLR auditing.

Scott Johnson

Scott founded Sage Management in 2004. He leads Sage's sales, account management and dispute settlement efforts. He has helped our clients realize over $390M in annualized savings. Previously Scott was TEOCO's Application Expert assisting in Sales; along with assisting in starting up TEOCO's Audit Serivce Center.  Scott started auditing at Cable & Wireless identifying and resolving over $100M in credits. 

Tiffany Brown

Tiffany leads the Sage Management settlements team. She has also been auditing with us since 2006. Along with running our Recon process, she specializes in switched access validation. She has personally identified over $95M and reconciled over $60M in annualized savings for our clients. Tiffany is our resident subject matter expert attached to our Recon process with complex dispute escalations. She has a background in engineering and past experience with Winstar and TEOCO.

Linda Cross

Linda focuses on audit and provides process direction to our audit staff. Since September of 2008 Linda has identified over $85M and saved over $60M in annualized savings for our clients. Linda focuses on CSR/ASR/DLR auditing and is an invaluable to our settlements team. She recently directed the audit staff at Razorsight and Vibrant (Now TEOCO) after a 9 year career at MCI.

Bernadette Russell

Bernadette joined the Sage team in October 2009. She has identified over $55M and saved over $30M in annualized savings for our clients. She recently managed the audit staff at XO identifying over $10M per year in disputes along with settling over $18M in credits. She has held management and auditor positions with Razorsight, Information View (Now TEOCO) and Cable & Wireless. Bernadette brings a deep understanding of CSR/ASR/DLR auditing with a strong systems background.
